About This Position

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive new business growth by proactively identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor in digital accessibility solutions.
  • Understand client challenges and present tailored, value-driven solutions to enhance digital accessibility.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of our software and services.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets through strategic planning, consultative selling, and effective negotiation.
  • Own your success by taking initiative, driving projects forward, and demonstrating a strong work ethic.
  • Work independently while staying highly engaged with the team, bringing fresh ideas and a proactive approach to sales.
  • Lead and support RFP development, ensuring compelling and competitive proposals.
  • Represent GrackleDocs with professionalism and enthusiasm, both in client interactions and on social media, including content sharing and brand engagement.
  • Track and report on sales activities, providing insights and recommendations through weekly and monthly reports.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 5+ years of proven success in software and service sales, preferably in a senior sales role.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Results-driven mindset, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Tech-savvy, with familiarity in CRM systems, ERP, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace (or a willingness to learn).
  • Strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach, able to align solutions with client needs.
