Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Fractional Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts and drive strategic growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, and the ability to work with limited time while delivering maximum impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead and manage all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, content creation, brand management, and lead generation.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
• Oversee the creation of compelling content and campaigns across various channels (social media, email, PPC, etc.).
• Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to the existing marketing team (if applicable).
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions for optimization.
• Collaborate with other executive team members to drive overall company strategy.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CMO or in a senior marketing leadership role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and market research.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fractional role.
• Experience in scaling marketing efforts in growing companies.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms.
• A strategic thinker with a creative mindset.
