Überblick über die Position
Der Business Development Associate ist eine Einstiegsposition zur Unterstützung der Vertriebsabteilung durch eine Kombination aus Geschäftsentwicklungsaktivitäten, Verwaltungsaufgaben im Vertrieb und allgemeiner Vertriebsunterstützung. Sie werden eng mit den leitenden Mitgliedern des Vertriebsteams zusammenarbeiten und dabei helfen, neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten zu identifizieren, Kundenengagements zu unterstützen und die reibungslose Durchführung von Vertriebsprozessen sicherzustellen. Diese Stelle bietet eine hervorragende Gelegenheit, in einem schnelllebigen Technologieumfeld zu lernen und zu wachsen.
Aufgaben und Zuständigkeiten
- Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Conduct research on prospective clients, market segments, and industry trends
- Support the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Help maintain accurate CRM records, updating client details, interactions, and pipeline activities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of software and service solutions.
- Represent the GrackleDocs brand professionally across communication channels, including social media as appropriate.
- Prepare routine sales reports and summaries as required.
- Manage annual software renewals
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifikationen und Fähigkeiten
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self motivated and able to independently manage/create tasks.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems; familiarity with ERP is an asset.
- Enthusiasm for technology, accessibility, and supporting customer-focused solutions.
