Le collaborateur en développement commercial est un poste de débutant conçu pour soutenir le département des ventes par une combinaison d'activités de développement commercial, de tâches d'administration des ventes et d'assistance générale aux ventes. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les membres seniors de l'équipe de vente, aidant à identifier de nouvelles opportunités, soutenant les engagements des clients et assurant la bonne exécution des processus de vente. Ce poste offre une excellente opportunité d'apprendre et de se développer dans un environnement technologique en constante évolution.
Fonctions et responsabilités
- Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Conduct research on prospective clients, market segments, and industry trends
- Support the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Help maintain accurate CRM records, updating client details, interactions, and pipeline activities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of software and service solutions.
- Represent the GrackleDocs brand professionally across communication channels, including social media as appropriate.
- Prepare routine sales reports and summaries as required.
- Manage annual software renewals
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications et compétences
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self motivated and able to independently manage/create tasks.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems; familiarity with ERP is an asset.
- Enthusiasm for technology, accessibility, and supporting customer-focused solutions.
