Junior Sales Representative

Pligter og ansvarsområder
- Proactively identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities within target markets.
- Represent GrackleDocs at industry events, networking functions, and through outbound prospecting efforts, including cold calling and digital outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their accessibility needs and present tailored solutions.
- Maintain accurate client records, track interactions, and document progress in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and market demands.
- Assist senior sales executives in closing deals and managing complex sales cycles.
- Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and contribute to proposal development.
- Provide customer insights and feedback to product development and marketing teams to enhance offerings.
- Consistently uphold a high level of professionalism, customer service, and responsiveness.
- Prepare and deliver reports on sales activities, pipeline progress, and performance metrics.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment and take on additional responsibilities as needed
Kvalifikationer og færdigheder
- 3+ years of sales, business development, or related experience (or equivalent training and experience).
- Strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
- Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals in a B2B setting.
- Customer-focused mindset, with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Excellent time management and organization skills, able to handle multiple priorities.
- Resilient and adaptable, with a strong ability to work under pressure.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and digital marketing tools.
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and sales techniques.
