Business Development Associate er en nybegynnerstilling som skal støtte salgsavdelingen gjennom en kombinasjon av forretningsutviklingsaktiviteter, salgsadministrative oppgaver og generell salgsassistanse. Du vil jobbe tett med seniormedlemmene i salgsteamet, hjelpe til med å identifisere nye muligheter, støtte kundeengasjementer og sikre en smidig gjennomføring av salgsprosesser. Arbeidsoppgaver og ansvarsområder
- Assist in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities
- Conduct research on prospective clients, market segments, and industry trends
- Support the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and proposals.
- Help maintain accurate CRM records, updating client details, interactions, and pipeline activities.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings and coordinating follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of software and service solutions.
- Represent the GrackleDocs brand professionally across communication channels, including social media as appropriate.
- Prepare routine sales reports and summaries as required.
- Manage annual software renewals
- Other duties as assigned
Kvalifikasjoner og ferdigheter
- Post-secondary education in business, marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self motivated and able to independently manage/create tasks.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems; familiarity with ERP is an asset.
- Enthusiasm for technology, accessibility, and supporting customer-focused solutions.
